Children’s Advocate, Bullying Prevention Expert, and Founder of nationally recognized bullying and suicide prevention organization, Jowharah Sanders has dedicated the past decade of her life to mentoring children and families impacted by bullying and suicide.

As a bullying survivor herself, Ms. Sander’s vision and drive launched the first of its kind community organization aimed at preventing bullying, suicide and school violence through direct service mentoring and prevention education; National Voices for Equality, Education and Enlightenment (NVEEE). The organization, now in it’s 7th year of operation has supported nearly 20,000 teens and families throughout the United States, has been recognized by Congress (repeatedly), and has been featured on segments through national media outlets including “Secret Millionaire” and “NBC’s Education Nation”.

Tomeka Napper is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ViJIEN Enterprises Corporation (VEC), a strategic business design and management company for emerging businesses, nonprofits, and entertainment professionals. Surpassing the highest standards of professional integrity, she has served the corporate, higher education, and non-profit and private sectors for over 16 years in the areas of administration, television, brand-marketing, procurement, creative content, production, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Prior to VEC in 2005, Ms. Napper assumed the role of Vice President of Business Operations for Demo Entertainment Group (DEG). As a Managing Partner, she is involved in all aspects of strategic planning, contract negotiations, and event coordination for the company. Dr. Joshua Caraballo

Dr. Caraballo (aka “Dr. Josh”) is a PsyD graduate from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in their Business Psychology, Consulting program, with a research emphasis on gender variance in the workplace, diversity, human/organizational change, and the use of communication strategies, such as entertainment-education (E-E), to foster pro-social behaviors.

Dr. Caraballo is the Founder of Minerva Films, an independent production company dedicated to entertainment that incorporates motivational content to inspire human betterment.  He has worked in the industry for over thirteen years, providing media services for small and medium sized companies as a consultant when not running the day-to-day activities of his company.  Dr. Caraballo has also taught digital filmmaking, acting, and screenwriting at the college level for five years, winning a student-chosen award for Most Passionate Faculty Member at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
